Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Association

Steffy is in his fourth season coaching the Cedar Falls Men's Soccer program. Before coaching he played for the Tigers, where he started three years of varsity soccer and contributed the Tigers first ever conference championship and state tournament appearance. Spencer is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he also played and started for four years on the UNI Men's Club team placing second at Nationals his junior season. Two of which he also served as President of the squad. He looks to continue his coaching credentials and coach for local club teams. Outside of coaching he is also involved in his church and is employed at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.
