The CVSOA and many other soccer officials organizations uses an online database at www.ArbiterSports.com to assign matches. The Arbiter allows multiple assigners to check your availability and hopefully assign you to matches.
You have a role in this too. You need to make sure that your contact information is current because we use the information in the Arbiter to contact you. When you are assigned to matches, you will receive an email at the account that is also your username. We also mail checks to the address in the arbiter. If the address is not there, we can't mail the check. If the address is wrong, we will mail the check to someone else.
When you receive an email indicating that you have received an assignment, you must then login to the arbiter and accept the match. You may have one or two days or one to two weeks to accept the match before the assignment expires. Check your email often during the season and act on assignments right away. Either accept them or decline them. If you choose to decline the matches, let your assigner know why. If you want matches, do not just let the assignments expire.
