Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Association

The Cedar Valley Soccer Officials Association is dedicated to developing referees from the youth level to adults. Modeled after the Iowa Hi-Po team, the mentor program is geared toward finding enthusiastic young referees interested in learning and improving as referees. The goal of this program is to recommend the next group into the Iowa Hi-Po team and nominate youth and adults for Iowa’s Referee Of The Year Award. The Cedar Valley has several quality mentors available to answer questions or talk about issues that occurred in a match. Also available are several referee assessors that upon request will watch and grade the performance of referees and assistant referees. The only requirement for members is the mentality of improving . We are here to help every referee succeed in the Cedar Valley and help promote you to the next level.
