2013/14 Registration Information
All registrations will be taken through an online website and any fees must be paid by credit card. If you have any questions, please contact your community registrar listed below.
All players registering for the 2013/14 season must register NOW, even if you plan to play Spring Only. Registration will close June 3rd, at that point we'll open an online waiting list (although this will only be available for a limited time)!

2013/14 CV Select Tryouts - Sign Up Sheet
IF PLANNING ON TRYING OUT FOR CV SELECT U11 THROUGH U19 PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR ANY OTHER PROGRAMS AT THIS TIME. Please PRE-REGISTER for CV Select Tryouts. Take a couple minutes and provide the information requested. Mark your calendars now regarding the specific tryout dates you need to attend. Additional communication regarding tryouts will be sent to all PRE-registered individuals over the next few weeks!
