2011/2012 Registration Information

All registrations will be taken through an online website and any fees must be paid by credit card. If you have any questions, please contact your community registrar listed below.

CVYSA Refund Policies
CVYSA Recreational League: Full refunds are available if requested using the online form on the registration tab at www.cvysaonline.org before July 14. A $25.00 refund is available if requested using the online form between July 15 and August 25. No refunds are available after August 25.
CV Select Tryouts: No refunds are available.
U06 Dyno-mites Academy:
Fall only: Full refunds are available if requested using the online form on the registration tab at www.cvysaonline.org before July 31. A $25.00 refund is available if requested using the online form between July 31 and August 25. No refunds are available after August 25.
Fall/Spring: Full refunds are available if requested using the online form on the registration tab at www.cvysaonline.org before July 31. A $55.00 refund is available if requested using the online form between July 31 and August 25. No refunds are available after August 25.
Spring only: Full refunds are available if requested using the online form on the registration tab at www.cvysaonline.org before March 15. A $25.00 refund is available if requested using the online form between March 15 and March 30. No refunds are available after March 30.
CV Select and CV Academies: No refunds available for registration or coaching fees.
